# Beef and Cheese Pinwheels

This has become one of our family's favourite meals.

## Ingredients

- 1 roll puff pastry sheet
- 500 g beef mince
- 0.5 unit red onion
- pickles
- cheese slices
- special burger sauce

## Instructions

1. Unroll a puff pastry sheet.
2. Spread beef mince over the pastry.
3. Sprinkle chopped red onion over the mince.
4. Place cheese slices on top of the onion.
5. Roll up the pastry tightly.
6. Slice the rolled pastry into pinwheels.
7. Bake until golden brown.
8. Top with a special burger sauce.
9. Add sliced pickles.
