# Copycat Disney Dole Whip

This is a copycat version of Disney's Dole Whip made with ice cream, pineapple juice, frozen pineapple chunks, lemon juice, sugar, and salt.

## Ingredients

- 0.5 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- splash lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- little salt
- 0.75 cup ice cream

## Instructions

1. Add half a cup of pineapple juice to the blender.
2. Add two cups of frozen pineapple chunks to the blender.
3. Add a splash of lemon juice to the blender.
4. Add two tablespoons of sugar to the blender.
5. Add a little salt to the blender.
6. Add about three-quarters of a cup of ice cream to the blender.
7. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and thick.
8. Pipe the Dole Whip into containers using a piping bag and a 1M tip.

## Tips

- Try not to touch the ice cream too much, as the heat from your hand will melt it.
