## Instructions

1. Cut a slice of Queso Fresco.
2. Crumble the Queso Fresco into pieces in the waffle maker.
3. Add cooked chorizo on top of the crumbled Queso Fresco.
4. Top with a little more crumbled Queso Fresco.
5. Close the waffle maker and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
