## Ingredients

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1.75 cups heavy whipping cream
- colorful chocolate chips
- strawberry syrup

## Instructions

1. Add well-chilled sweetened condensed milk to a mixing bowl
2. Beat the condensed milk for about 4 minutes until it becomes lighter and more airy
3. Add well-chilled heavy whipping cream
4. Whip everything again until it reaches a creamy texture
5. Add colorful chocolate chips
6. Mix everything well so the chips are fully incorporated into the ice cream mixture
7. Place the mixture into a glass dish
8. Smooth out the surface and place in the freezer for about 4 hours, so it firms up well
9. Scoop out a ball of ice cream and serve directly in a dessert glass
10. Add strawberry syrup on top.
