# Crispy Beef Tacos

These crispy beef tacos are incredibly good and easy to make at home for a delicious meal.

## Ingredients

- 1 diced onion
- salt
- ground beef
- 1 part onion powder
- 1 part garlic powder
- 1 part cayenne pepper
- 1 part oregano
- 2 parts paprika
- 2 parts chipotle chili powder
- 2 parts sazon
- minced garlic
- starch
- water
- Mexican crema
- sour cream
- taco sauce
- tortillas
- shredded cheese
- cilantro

## Instructions

1. Add oil to a hot pan.
2. Add diced onion to the pan.
3. Add salt to the onions and sweat them down.
4. Add ground beef to the pan with the onions.
5. Break down and brown the ground beef.
6. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, paprika, chipotle chili powder, and sazon to make taco seasoning.
7. Add the taco seasoning to the browned meat.
8. Add minced garlic to the meat.
9. Sprinkle some starch over the meat.
10. Pour water into the pan with the meat.
11. Stir the mixture to deglaze the pan and give body to the spices.
12. Mix Mexican crema with sour cream.
13. Add your favorite taco sauce to the cream mixture.
14. Mix in the same seasonings used for the meat into the sauce.
15. Drop a tortilla into a pan with a healthy amount of oil.
16. Flip the tortilla when it starts to talk back to you.
17. Quickly load the tortilla with shredded cheese.
18. Add the ground meat to one half of the cheesy tortilla.
19. Fold the tortilla and toast until crispy.
20. Stuff the crispy taco with onions and cilantro.
21. Generously dip the taco in the prepared sauce.
