## Ingredients

- 1 cup eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup flour
- duck fat
- chives
- melted butter

## Instructions

1. Fill any sort of cup with eggs first, as you want equal amounts. Eggs are the easiest thing to measure first.
2. Pour the eggs into a big bowl.
3. Add the same amount of milk as the eggs to the bowl.
4. Add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
5. Give the mixture a good mix.
6. Add the same amount of flour as the eggs and milk to the bowl, a little at a time, and whisk.
7. Let the batter sit for about an hour.
8. Pour some duck fat into a muffin tin.
9. Place the muffin tin with duck fat into the oven preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.
10. Add chives to the batter.
11. Pour the batter into something with a spout for easy pouring.
12. Quickly grab the muffin tin from the oven; the fat should be smoking.
13. Give the batter a final mix.
14. Quickly pour the batter into the hot muffin tin.
15. Quickly place the muffin tin back into the oven, keeping it at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for now.
16. After 10 minutes, turn the oven down to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
17. Monitor the Yorkshire puddings for the white inside to start turning golden and for a toasty smell, as this indicates they are done.
18. Once done, remove them from the oven.
19. Go in with some melted butter.
