# Loaded taco potato bake with queso drizzle

## Ingredients

- 1 bag frozen diced potatoes
- 1 lb taco meat
- bell pepper, diced
- 1 bag corn
- black beans (optional)
- salsa
- mexican blend cheese, shredded
- queso, store bought

## Instructions

1. Add the bag of frozen diced potatoes to a baking dish.
2. Add the cooked taco meat over the potatoes.
3. Add the diced bell peppers.
4. Add the corn.
5. Top with salsa.
6. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
7. Remove the baking dish from the oven.
8. Top the bake with shredded Mexican blend cheese and store-bought queso.
9. Return the dish to the oven.

## Tips

- You can add black beans if you want to.
- If you want to make your own queso you can do that but you don't have to.
