# Cookies n’ Cream Cookies

## Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, cold
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temp
- 2 egg yolks, room temp
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups AP flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups white chocolate
- 2 cups Oreo

## Instructions

1. Cream together cold butter and sugars.
2. Mix in eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla.
3. Slowly mix in dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt).
4. Add mix-ins (2 cups white chocolate and 2 cups Oreo).
5. Make 12 equal-sized cookie dough balls with a whole Oreo inside each.
6. Add more Oreo pieces on top.
7. Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.
