# Steak Sandwich with Whipped Feta

## Ingredients

- 2 slices fresh bread
- 2 steak
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp caramelized onions
- 4 tbsp cowboy candy or pickled jalapeños
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

## Instructions

1. Season steaks with steak spice and sear in a hot skillet for a couple of minutes on each side until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
2. Blend feta, cream cheese, garlic, rosemary, and olive oil until smooth and creamy.
3. Toast bread and spread whipped feta on both slices.
4. Top with sliced steak, caramelized onions, cowboy candy, and balsamic glaze.
5. Assemble the sandwich and cut in half.
