# Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

## Ingredients

- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 package crackers
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 packet cheese powder
- 1 tbsp dried onion
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup velveeta cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 box macaroni pasta
- 3 cup shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese blend

## Instructions

1. Make the meatloaf base by combining ground beef, crushed crackers, cheese powder, dried onion, dried parsley, some ketchup, and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
2. Press the meat mixture into the bottom of a casserole dish.
3. Spread a layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
4. Boil the macaroni pasta until cooked and drain.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, Velveeta cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Stir in the cooked macaroni and some of the shredded cheese blend.
6. Pour the macaroni and cheese mixture over the meatloaf base.
7. Top with remaining shredded cheese and bake until bubbly and golden brown.
