# Garden Collins

A refreshing botanical cocktail with gin and elderflower.

## Ingredients

- Cucumber
- Basil
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 45 ml Gin
- Soda Water

## Instructions

1. Add cucumber to a glass.
2. Add basil to the glass.
3. Muddle the cucumber and basil.
4. Pour 15ml of simple syrup into the glass.
5. Add 22.5ml of lemon juice to the glass.
6. Add 15ml of elderflower liqueur to the glass.
7. Add 45ml of gin to the glass.
8. Add ice to the glass and close it with the shaker.
9. Shake the ingredients until the shaker turns frosty.
10. Pour the mixture into a tall glass with ice and cucumber slices.
11. Top with soda water.
12. Garnish with a lemon peel.
