## Ingredients

- 2 potatoes
- 2 tbs butter
- 0.33 cup Parmesan cheese
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 tbs corn starch
- 1 egg
- 1 cube cheese for stuffing

## Instructions

1. Cut the potatoes and boil until tender.
2. Mash the potatoes.
3. Add Parmesan cheese, seasonings, corn starch and an egg.
4. Mix everything together.
5. Stuff with cheese.
6. Deep fry.
