# Homemade Chipotle-Style Burrito Bowl

## Ingredients

- 3 cans Black beans
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 3 bags Frozen sweet corn
- 3 Diced Jalapeños
- 1 Cup Red onion
- 1 Cup Cilantro
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Whole Lime
- 3 Large Avocados
- 1 Cup Cilantro
- 1 Whole Lime juice
- 3 Tbsp Jalapeños
- 0.25 Cup Red onions
- 2 tsp Salt
- 6 Cups Cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 0.5 Half Lime
- 0.66 Cup Cilantro
- 1.5 Lbs Monterey Jack cheese
- Sour cream
- 1.5 Whole head Romaine lettuce
- Pico de gallo

## Instructions

1. Add black beans to a bowl.
2. Season the black beans with salt, onion powder, and lemon juice.
3. Add frozen corn to a bowl.
4. Dice the jalapeños.
5. Add diced jalapeños, red onions, and cilantro to the corn.
6. Add salt and lime juice to the corn mixture.
7. Mix the corn salsa until it's well combined.
8. Cut the avocados in half and scoop them into a bowl.
9. Add cilantro and lime juice to the avocados.
10. Mash the avocados.
11. Add diced jalapeños, red onions, and salt to the mashed avocados.
12. Mix the guacamole until it's well combined.
13. Cook the chicken in a pan.
14. Dice the cooked chicken.
15. Add cooked rice with bay leaves to a bowl.
16. Add lime juice, cilantro, and salt to the rice.
17. Mix the cilantro lime rice until it's well combined.
18. Assemble the bowl by adding lettuce, rice, pico de gallo, corn salsa, black beans, chicken, shredded cheese, guacamole, and sour cream.
19. Prepare eight meal prep containers with the burrito bowl ingredients.
