## Ingredients

- 1 potatoes
- 1 package Mexican style cheese
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 slices rustic bread
- 2 eggs
- 8 sausages
- 1 serving ketchup

## Instructions

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
2. Cook the potatoes in a frying pan until golden.
3. Slice the rustic bread.
4. Crack the eggs in a bowl, whisk and cook in a frying pan.
5. Add the sausages to the eggs and cook until almost ready.
6. Sprinkle Mexican style cheese on the eggs and sausages.
7. Place the bread slices on the top of the mixture and cook until golden.
8. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side.
9. Season with salt and pepper.
10. Place the cooked sandwich on a plate.
11. Add ketchup on the top.
12. Serve with the potatoes.
