## Ingredients

- Purity Cream Crackers
- 1.25 cups butter
- 1.25 cups brown sugar
- butterscotch chips
- 1 package milk chocolate chips
- red and green sprinkles
- red and green Christmas M&M's
- little candy dust

## Instructions

1. Line your cookie sheet very well with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
2. Arrange Purity Cream Crackers on the lined cookie sheet, ensuring no gaps.
3. In a small to medium pot, add 1.25 cups of butter.
4. Add 1.25 cups of brown sugar to the pot with the butter.
5. Bring the butter and brown sugar mixture to a boil over medium to low heat on the stovetop.
6. Once boiling, continue to boil the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time to prevent burning.
7. Immediately pour the hot, bubbling caramel mixture over the crackers on the cookie sheet, ensuring all crackers are coated.
8. Place the cookie sheet in a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for 5 minutes.
9. As soon as you remove it from the oven, start adding butterscotch chips (less than half a package was used).
10. Add a full package of milk chocolate chips over the butterscotch chips.
11. Pop the cookie sheet back into the turned-off oven for 1-2 minutes to speed up the melting process of the chips.
12. Using an oven mitt and a spatula, spread the melted butterscotch and milk chocolate chips evenly over the crackers.
13. Decorate the Christmas crack with red and green sprinkles.
14. Add half-split red and green Christmas M&M's and some candy dust for extra festive color.
15. Let the Christmas crack cool on the counter for about half an hour, then pop it into the fridge for about an hour or more to fully set.
16. Once chilled and set, crack the Christmas crack into pieces along the cracker lines.
17. Transfer the cracked pieces onto a plate and put them back in the fridge to chill a bit more if needed.
18. Taste a piece to ensure the quality of your Christmas crack.
