## Instructions

1. Mix pepinillos, aceitunas, queso emmental, fuet y tomate seco in a bowl.
2. Add olive oil, lemon, lemon zest, basil and pepper in a bowl and mix.
3. Add the dressing and balsamic vinegar to the salad.
4. Add lemon zest and mix all like a salad.
