## Ingredients

- scallions

- chicken
- 2 eggs
- cottage cheese
- mayo
- lime juice

## Instructions

1. Sauté scallions, pepper, jalapeño and corn.
2. Season chicken with Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning and cook.
3. Pulse eggs, cottage cheese, mayo, lime juice, garlic, cilantro and seasoning in a food processor for the sauce.
4. Add chicken, sautéed vegetables, sauce, and shredded cheese to a baking dish.
5. Bake until golden.
