# Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookie

This is a quick and easy recipe to make an instant microwavable single-serve chocolate chip cookie when you have a sweet craving.

## Ingredients

- 15 g Melted Butter
- 20 g Castor Sugar
- Brown Sugar
- 0.5 tbsp Milk
- 40 g Flour/Maida
- 0.125 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Chopped Walnut
- 2 tbsp Chopped Dark Chocolate
- Dark Chocolate Chips

## Instructions

1. Melt some butter in a bowl.
2. Add sugar, vanilla, and milk to the melted butter and mix well.
3. Add milk.
4. Add maida, baking soda, nuts, and chocolate chips to the mixture.
5. Mix until a non-sticky dough is formed.
6. Transfer the dough to a microwave-safe plate, forming it into a cookie shape.
7. Microwave for 60 to 70 seconds on high.
8. Take out the cookie from the microwave.

## Tips

- Cookie would be very soft when taken out of the oven but let it cool for 5-10mins to firm it up.
