## Ingredients

- 1 third cup water
- 1 third cup brown sugar
- 2 thirds cup half and half
- 2 thirds cup milk
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon butter extract

## Instructions

1. Bring water and brown sugar to a boil in a small saucepan.
2. Reduce heat and stir in cinnamon.
3. Simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter extracts.
5. Whisk in half and half and milk.
6. Pour into a mason jar using a funnel.
7. Shake before each use.
