# Egg salad on avocado toast

## Ingredients

- bread
- olive oil
- 6 eggs
- mayonnaise
- mustard
- lemon
- salt
- pepper
- avocado
- chives

## Instructions

1. Add olive oil to the bread and toast it in a pan.
2. Boil the eggs.
3. Transfer the eggs to a bowl with cold water and ice.
4. Peel the eggs.
5. Cut the eggs into small pieces.
6. In a bowl, add the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
7. Mix well.
8. Add the remaining chopped eggs and mix again.
9. Slice the avocado.
10. Place the avocado slices on top of the bread.
11. Add egg salad and chives.
12. Add pepper.
13. Cut in half and serve.
