# Homemade Bathing Soap

This recipe shows how to make a moisturizing and antiseptic bathing soap.

## Ingredients

- 100 g water
- 36 g caustic soda
- 600 g SLS
- 100 g water
- 120 g palm kernel oil
- 71 g coconut oil
- 60 g Shea butter
- 3 g oil based color
- 30 g sodium silicate
- 0.5 tbs vitamin E oil
- 0.5 tbs carbolic acid
- 0.5 tbs phenol
- 1 tbs glycerin
- 15 g fragrance

## Instructions

1. Dissolve caustic soda in 100g of water and mix well. Put in cold water because it will be hot.
2. Dissolve 600g of SLS in 100g of water.
3. Add palm kernel oil, coconut oil, and shea butter to a bowl and mix until dissolved.
4. Add blue oil-based color and stir.
5. Add sodium silicate, vitamin E oil, carbolic acid, phenol, and glycerin. Stir well.
6. Add fragrance.
7. Add the dissolved caustic soda and the dissolved SLS. Stir until combined.
8. Pour into a silicone mold or a plastic plate.
