## Ingredients

- 1 ovo
- 3 colheres água
- 3 colheres farinha
- pitadinha sal
- 2 fatias mussarela picadinha

## Instructions

1. Em uma tigela, adicione o ovo e as colheres de água.
2. Bata rapidamente para misturar bem.
3. Adicione as colheres de farinha e uma pitadinha de sal.
4. Misture até obter uma massa homogênea.
5. Acrescente a mussarela picadinha e misture uma última vez.
6. Unte bem a sanduicheira desligada.
7. Despeje a massa na sanduicheira e ajeite-a com uma colher.
8. Ligue a sanduicheira, feche e espere por 7 minutos.
