## Ingredients

- 400 غ دجاج
- 2 م ك زبدة
- 1 م ك زيت
- ملح
- فلفل اسود
- 1 بصلة
- 3 حص ثوم
- 10 حبات فطر
- 2 حبة بطاطا
- 0.25 كوب جبنة كريمية بالقشطة
- 1.25 كوب كريما طبخ
- جبن بارميزان

## Instructions

1. In a hot pan with oil and butter, fry the onion and garlic.
2. Add sliced chicken breasts.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Once the chicken is cooked and the water has evaporated, add chopped mushrooms.
5. Add creamy cheese with cream.
6. Add fried potato cubes.
7. Add the cooking cream.
8. Add Parmesan cheese.
