# Monica’s Sticky Sweet Garlic Noodles

## Ingredients

- 1 lb pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5-7 garlic clove, minced
- 2-4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- pepper (optional)
- 1 cup Parmesan, grated
- green onion, sliced

## Instructions

1. Melt butter over medium heat.
2. Sauté garlic until lightly golden.
3. Add sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and peppers.
4. Simmer gently until sugar dissolves.
5. Toss sauce, cheese, and pasta together.
