# Sausage and Egg Toast

## Ingredients

- sausages
- 2 eggs
- pepper
- garlic powder
- salt
- bread slices
- oil
- mozzarella cheese

## Instructions

1. Slice the sausages into rounds.
2. Beat the eggs.
3. Add pepper, garlic powder and salt.
4. Mix well.
5. Cut the center out of the bread slices.
6. Flatten bread with a rolling pin.
7. Grease the frying pan with oil using a brush.
8. Place bread slices in the frying pan.
9. Add sliced sausage inside bread.
10. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
11. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
12. Put the bread on top.
13. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
14. Flip with the help of a spatula.
15. Cover and cook for 2 more minutes.
16. Serve on a plate.
