# Homemade Gelato

This recipe shows how to make a chocolate chip gelato using ice, salt, milk, condensed milk, cream, and chocolate.

## Ingredients

- ice
- coarse salt
- milk
- sweetened condensed milk
- heavy cream
- melted chocolate

## Instructions

1. Add ice to a bowl.
2. Add coarse salt to the bowl.
3. Mix the ice and salt well.
4. Place another bowl on top of the ice and salt.
5. Add milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream to the top bowl.
6. Mix all the ingredients together until thickened.
7. Slowly add melted chocolate.
8. Mix again.
9. Pour the gelato into a container.
