# GÂTEAU À LA NOIX DE COCO

Un gâteau ultra fondant sans farine à la noix de coco, réalisé dans le moule Cubicube OHRA Guy Demarle.

## Ingredients

- 4 gros œufs
- 5 ou petits œufs
- 500 g fromage blanc
- 200 g noix de coco râpée Koro
- 2 c. à soupe sucre de fleur de coco Koro

## Instructions

1. Dans un bol, casser les œufs.
2. Ajouter le sucre de coco et fouetter jusqu’à obtenir un mélange mousseux.
3. Ajouter le fromage blanc et mélanger.
4. Incorporer la noix de coco râpée.
5. Verser la préparation dans le moule Cubicube OHRA.
6. Enfourner à 170°C pendant 50 min.
7. Laisser refroidir avant de démouler.
