# Chocolate Cookie Pie

## Ingredients

- 200 g butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 320 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp chocolate spread

## Instructions

1. Mix 200g butter with 150g brown sugar, add 1 egg. Incorporate 320g flour and 1tsp baking powder. Knead until smooth, add 100g chocolate chips.
2. Spread half the dough in an 18-20cm pan, spread 4 tbsp of chocolate cream on top. Cover with remaining dough, sprinkle more chocolate chips.
3. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30-40 minutes.
