# Fudgy white chocolate blondies

## Ingredients

- white chocolate
- butter
- eggs
- granulated sugar
- vanilla
- plain flour
- salt
- milky bar chocolate chunks

## Instructions

1. Melt white chocolate and butter in the microwave.
2. Stir infrequently until melted.
3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs until thick and foamy.
4. Add granulated sugar and vanilla and whisk these in.
5. Pour in the white chocolate mix and whisk until combined.
6. Sift in plain flour and salt and fold these in.
7. Fold in some chunks of milky bar chocolate.
8. Scoop it into a baking tray and smooth it out.
9. Add some more milky bar to the top.
10. Bake in the oven.
11. Allow to cool fully in the tin.
