## Equipment

- food processor
- mixing bowl
- tongs
- grill pan
- knife
- cutting board
- flat top grill
- spatula

## Tips

- This marinade is great for pan-frying or grilling outside. The key is to get a really nice sear to achieve crispy edges.
- When assembling the tacos, generously oil the flat top, then place the corn tortillas, add cheese, and as it melts, add the chicken. Fold and toast to make them crispy.
- For the dipping sauce, combine sour cream, chipotle sauce, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, and salt to taste.
- When you go to Chipotle and order chicken, this tastes similar, but just a lot better.
- Make sure every crevice gets love when marinating the chicken. Marinate until you lose patience (meaning, marinate for a long time).
