## Ingredients

- 1 cup brown butter
- 0.5 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp Amoretti Vanilla Bean Paste
- 2 large eggs
- 0.25 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups chocolate chips

## Instructions

1. Pour browned butter into a glass.
2. Mix browned butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a bowl.
3. Mix in Amoretti Vanilla Bean Paste and eggs.
4. Mix in baking powder.
5. Mix in chocolate chips.
6. Place scoops of cookie dough on a baking tray.
7. Top with additional chocolate chips.
