# Honey Cake

## Ingredients

- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 250 g flour
- 1 egg
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 g crushed honey cakes

## Instructions

1. Melt butter, sugar, honey in a bowl.
2. Add flour and egg.
3. Mix into dough.
4. Divide into 2 parts and roll into circles.
5. Bake.
6. Mix sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
7. Layer cakes with cream.
8. Cover with crushed honey cakes.
