Un increíble cheesecake de chocolate hecho con solo tres ingredientes y cocinado en Airfryer.

## Ingredients

- 200 g Queso Ricotta
- 4 Huevos
- 200 g chocolate negro sin azúcar derretido

## Instructions

1. Junta 200 gramos de queso ricotta, 4 huevos de gallina y 200 gramos de chocolate negro sin azúcar derretido.
2. Bate todos los ingredientes hasta que estén bien integrados.
3. Vierte la mezcla en un molde engrasado o forrado.
4. Cocina en la Airfryer o en el horno durante 30 minutos a 150 grados.
5. Saca y deja enfriar.
6. Ponle más chocolate por encima al gusto.
7. Corta y sirve.
