## Ingredients

- Puff pastry
- Egg
- Sesame seeds
- Red onion
- Cucumber
- Chives
- Tuna
- Fresh cheese
- Lemon zest
- Olive oil

## Instructions

1. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet
2. Brush the puff pastry with egg, sprinkle sesame seeds, prick with a fork and bake
3. Slice red onion, cucumber and chives
4. Mix tuna, fresh cheese, red onion, lemon zest and chives in a salad bowl
5. Spread the mixture on the baked dough
6. Arrange the slices of cucumber in a circle
7. Sprinkle chives, lemon zest, olive oil and sesame seeds
