# Burnt basque cheesecake

## Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 120 ml cream
- 250 gr cream cheese
- 0.75 cup powder sugar
- 1.5 tbsp flour

## Instructions

1. Add eggs and vanilla in a bowl.
2. Add the cream.
3. Add the cream cheese.
4. Mix it well.
5. Add the powdered sugar.
6. Mix until well combined.
7. Add the flour.
8. Mix again until well combined.
9. Pour the mixture into baking dishes lined with parchment paper.
10. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes.
