## Ingredients

- 12 oz frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken condensed soup
- 1 can cream of celery condensed soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 0 salt
- 0 black pepper
- 1 sleeve ritz crackers
- 4 tablespoons melted butter

## Instructions

1. Combine frozen shredded hash browns, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, sour cream, melted butter, and grated cheddar cheese in a bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix well and spread the mixture into a baking dish.
4. Bake uncovered at 400°F for about 45 minutes.
5. Crush Ritz crackers and mix them with 4 tablespoons of melted butter.
6. Spread the cracker mixture evenly on top of the potato mixture.
7. Put back in the oven for about 10 more minutes.
8. Take out of the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
