# Meatballs and Gravy

## Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1.5 cups beef broth
- 1 bag frozen meatballs
- 1 serving mashed potatoes

## Instructions

1. Start by adding oil to the pan, then add chopped onion and bell pepper. Add garlic paste and stir.
2. Add beef broth.
3. Add two cans of cream of mushroom soup.
4. Season with black pepper and stir.
5. Add approximately 1.5 to 2 cups of beef broth.
6. Let it simmer.
7. Add frozen meatballs.
8. Cover and let it cook down.
9. Stir and season with black pepper.
10. Serve over mashed potatoes.
