- 1 معلقه لكل كيلو ملح

## Instructions

1. قطع الملفوف
2. وضع الملح على الملفوف
3. خلط الملفوف مع الملح حتى ينزل مائه
4. وضع الملفوف في برطمان معقم
5. ضغط الملفوف في البرطمان بكوباية
6. اغلاق البرطمان ووضعه في مكان مظلم لمدة 5 ايام
