## Ingredients

- 10 ₹ boiled potatoes
- 1 ₹ vegetable oil
- 2 ₹ finely chopped garlic
- 3 ₹ finely chopped onions
- 2 ₹ boiled sweet corn
- 2 ₹ boiled peas
- 2 ₹ boiled beans
- 0 salt
- 0 black pepper
- 0 oregano
- 0 red chili powder
- 0 coriander powder
- 0 turmeric
- 5 ₹ soaked flattened rice
- 0 water
- 3 ₹ cornstarch and water mixture
- 8 ₹ bread crumbs
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 10 ₹ large size buns
- 2 ₹ mayonnaise
- 2 ₹ tandoori mayonnaise
- 0 onions
- 0 tomatoes
- 0 pickles
- 0 lettuce

## Instructions

1. Boil potatoes and grate them.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add garlic and onions.
3. Add sweet corn, peas, and beans. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, red chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric.
4. Add soaked flattened rice and water, and mix well.
5. Add grated potatoes and mix well. Let it cool.
6. Shape the mixture into patties. Dip the patties in cornstarch and water mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
7. Heat vegetable oil and fry the patties until golden brown.
8. Cut and toast the buns.
9. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun and tandoori mayonnaise on the top bun.
10. Place two patties on the bottom bun and add mayonnaise.
11. Add onions, tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce.
12. Cover with the top bun.
