# Tarta de Queso La Viña

## Ingredients

- 900 grs queso crema
- 500 ml nata montar o crema leche (35%)
- 240 grs azúcar
- 5 huevos L
- 1 cs maicena o harina

## Instructions

1. En un bol amplio pon el queso crema tipo Philadelphia, nata, huevos, azúcar, una cucharada de maicena y mézclalo todo bien.
2. Coloca papel de horno dentro del molde, vierte la mezcla y llévalo al horno 40 minutos a 220 grados.
3. Una vez horneado, retira y deja templar. Mete en la nevera y consume al día siguiente.
