# Low Calorie Japchae

A significantly reduced calorie version of the traditional Korean japchae, using seaweed noodles as a base and tasting identical to the original.

- Cuisine: Korean
- Category: Dinner
- Language: en

## Ingredients

- 5 calories per serving seaweed noodles
- vegetables
- protein

## Instructions

1. Use seaweed noodles as the base for the japchae.
2. Add your preferred vegetables.
3. Add protein if desired.
4. If you want it super hot, pan fry the entire dish.

## Tips

- This is different than konjac noodle, so I highly recommend you try this.
- You can add whatever vegetables or protein you want.
- The heat from the vegetables warmed up the noodles, but if you wanted it super hot, you could just pan fry this entire thing.
- This would be amazing meal prep if you want to make it in bulk.
- Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
