## Ingredients

- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp yeast
- 1 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 yogurt
- 0.5 tsp coriander powder
- 0.5 tsp red chilli powder
- 0.5 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 pizza sauce
- 1 mozzarella cheese
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 thyme

## Instructions

1. In a jug, add warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir well, cover, and let it rest for 7-10 minutes.
2. Once the yeast activates, it’s ready to use. If it doesn’t activate, repeat the process, ensuring the water is neither too hot nor too cold.
3. In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until well combined.
4. Add the yeast mixture and oil, then knead the dough for 7-8 minutes.
5. Shape it into a ball, coat the surface with oil, and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
6. Meanwhile, prepare the chicken by mixing all the spices with yogurt and marinating the chicken for 5-10 minutes.
7. Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken, and cook until fully done, adding water if needed.
8. Once the dough is ready, divide it into two equal parts and spread each onto a pizza pan to make two medium-sized pizzas.
9. Layer with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, vegetables of your choice, cooked chicken, and more shredded cheese to cover the top.
10. Finally, sprinkle chili flakes and thyme, and bake.
