## Ingredients

- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 1.5 cups unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 6 large eggs, at room temperature
- 3 cups cake flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup sprinkles
- 1 cup broken Oreos
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 - 3 tablespoons milk
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- additional sprinkles for garnish
- crushed Oreos for garnish

## Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Prepare a bundt pan; set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese.
4. Add both sugars and beat until fluffy.
5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
6. Add the flour and mix until well combined.
7. Mix in the vanilla.
8. Fold in sprinkles and oreos.
9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
10. Bake for one hour.
11. Test the cake with a toothpick or knife inserted near the center to test if it comes out clean – I ended up needing to add about another 30 mins but did it 10 minutes at a time and checked between each.
12. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 20-30 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
13. Once cooled, make the glaze by stirring together the powdered sugar, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of milk.
14. Add more milk if a thinner glaze is desired or more powdered sugar for a thicker glaze.
15. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and immediately top it with extra sprinkles and crushed Oreos.
16. Let glaze set before serving.

## Equipment

- bundt pan
- large bowl
- cooling rack

## Tips

- The creator altered the recipe to use a granulated and brown sugar mix because they ran out of granulated sugar.
- When baking, check the cake with a toothpick or knife inserted near the center to ensure it comes out clean. If not, add additional baking time in 10-minute increments.
- Adjust the amount of milk in the glaze to achieve desired consistency (more for thinner, more powdered sugar for thicker).
