## Ingredients

- Water
- Llave Ácida
- Jam
- Agar-agar
- Citric acid
- Cookie de Nocilla Blanca

## Instructions

1. In a saucepan, mix water with Llave Ácida.
2. Heat until melted.
3. Add jam, agar-agar and optionally citric acid.
4. Simmer.
5. Put it in the fridge until it gellifies.
6. Blend with a tourmix.
