## Ingredients

- 2.5 g dried parsley
- 2 g garlic powder
- 1.8 g onion powder
- 1.2 g dried oregano
- 1 g cane sugar
- 0.8 g dried basil
- 0.5 g black pepper
- 0.4 g dried thyme
- 0.3 g celery seed, ground
- 0.25 g crushed red pepper flakes
- 0.2 g dried rosemary, finely crushed

## Instructions

1. Combine all dried ingredients in a bowl or jar to create the seasoning mix.
2. To make 1 cup of dressing, whisk the seasoning mix with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp water, 3/4 tsp kosher salt, and a teaspoon of Dijon if desired.
3. Let the dressing sit before using to allow the herbs to hydrate and the garlic to soften.

## Tips

- Let the dressing sit 10 to 15 minutes before serving as dried garlic and herbs taste harsh right after mixing and need time to hydrate.
- Add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the dressing if you have it.
