# Strawberries Sponge

Easy strawberries sponge without siphon

## Ingredients

- 2 whole eggs at room temperature
- 30 gr brown sugar
- 35 gr flour
- 2 gr baking powder
- 5 strawberries

## Instructions

1. Clean and blend the strawberries to obtain a smooth puree.
2. In a bowl, place the eggs with sugar and whip well with an electric mixer for 4/5 minutes.
3. Add the strawberries puree and mix with a spatula.
4. Add flour and baking powder, mix again.
5. Take 4 paper glasses, make some holes on the bottom and fill them by half with the sponge mix.
6. Cook in the microwave at full power for 1 minute and a half.
