## Ingredients

- 2 slices brioche bread
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp scallions
- 1 can spicy tuna
- 1 tbsp kewpie mayo
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy
- 1 tsp sweet chili
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 slice mozzarella cheese

## Instructions

1. Mix spicy tuna with cream cheese, scallions, kewpie mayo, sesame oil, soy sauce, sweet chili, and sriracha.
2. Spread the mixture over a slice of brioche bread.
3. Top with mozzarella cheese and another slice of brioche bread.
4. Grill the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
