- 50 g mỡ heo băm
- 2 g tiêu
- 3 g bột ngọt
- 3 g đường cát
- 30 g lá lốt băm nhuyễn
- 15 g hành tím băm
- 8 sả

## Instructions

1. Chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu.
2. Trộn đều chả quết heo, thịt heo xay, mỡ heo băm, tiêu, bột ngọt, đường cát, lá lốt băm nhuyễn và hành tím băm.
3. Quấn hỗn hợp quanh cây sả.
4. Để vào tủ mát khoảng 2 tiếng.
5. Nướng nem lụi trên lửa than.
6. Chuẩn bị nước chấm.
