## Ingredients

- 250 g lait
- 250 g crème
- 250 g chocolat noir
- 1 pinch piment
- 1 cup café expresso
- 1 portion caramel

## Instructions

1. Verser le lait et la crème dans une casserole.
2. Ajouter le piment, le café et mélanger.
3. Ajouter le chocolat et mélanger jusqu'à ce qu'il soit fondu.
4. Verser le chocolat dans des petits pots.
5. Ajouter le caramel sur le dessus.
6. Réfrigérer pendant une heure.
