## Ingredients

- harina
- azúcar
- cacao amargo
- bicarbonato
- polvo de hornear
- sal
- huevos
- vainilla
- buttermilk
- aceite
- café caliente
- crema
- azúcar
- chocolate
- mantequilla
- vainilla
- sal

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, put flour, sugar, bitter cocoa, bicarbonate, baking powder and salt
2. Add eggs, vanilla, buttermilk and oil
3. Add the hot coffee
4. Pour the mixture into cake pans
5. To make the ganache, heat the cream with the sugar until it almost boils
6. Pour over chocolate and butter
7. Add vanilla and a pinch of salt
8. Add the ganache to the cake
